If you encounter a crash or closed app when you are using OfficeMail iOS app, to help troubleshoot some bugs, you may need to submit the crash logs from your iOS device to the OfficeMail Team.
iOS instructions (for iOS 11 or later)
- Navigate to your device Settings > Privacy & Security > Analytics & Improvements > Analytics Data.
- Scroll through this list to find OfficeMail events. See screen shots below. The list is alphabetical.
- Find the OfficeMail events in the list, and tap one of these events of when the crash occurred.
- Tap the share icon at the top right.
- Email it to help@re-work.zendesk.com with “Attn: [ticket: #number or crash logs]” in the subject line.
