Android:
You can remove the account you want in the following path:
Go to the OfficeMail - Setting > Select an account you want to delete > Tap the "Trash" icon on the top right
iOS:
Go to the OfficeMail - Setting > Select an account you want to delete > Select 'Account Settings' > Tap the "Remove Account"
